FiveAlpha Asset Management AG was founded on a simple conviction: that disciplined, systematic strategies consistently outperform discretionary approaches over time.
We believe in extracting the volatility premium embedded in the markets, generating alpha through structural edges rather than predictive speculation.
The firm is led by a portfolio manager with 30 years of experience across institutional finance, derivatives trading, and digital assets. This unique perspective bridges traditional quantitative finance with modern web3 infrastructure.
- Education: Economics degree from Parma, Master's in M&A from Bocconi University.

Why FiveAlpha Exists
After decades in traditional finance, we identified a systemic flaw: an industry flooded with supposedly different products that are identical in substance, designed to generate management fees rather than genuine performance—a reality we are determined to change. FiveAlpha was created as a direct response to this stagnant, fee‑driven model.
